	What is ERS? We are ERS, e-Roof Solutions.
	How do I get started? Fill out the registration form, send a few digital photos and a drawing of your project, we will assign you a job number which MUST be attached to ANY correspondence and we will take it from there.
	How do I send my drawings to ERS? Electronically in Design Cad or Autosketch format or tiff or by US mail or overnight carrier.
	Is there a time limit for our project to be completed? No, there is no time limit.
	How does ERS supervise my roof installation? Using digital photographs provided by you - we will provide you with specific lists of what to photograph and when during the placement of the work. We will comment on each batch of photographs as they are received. If we are given 48 hours notice we will comment immediately upon receipt of photographs.
	How am I billed for services? We will provide an invoice which you may pay by mailing a check, online check, Visa or Mastercard in the payment section.
	How do I know how much I will be billed? See our pricing schedule or request that we provide a quote on your initial registration.
	What if I do not own a digital camera? We will rent you one, deposits and fees apply.
	Why don't you pick my Roofing Contractor? Our expertise is technical in nature. We can assist you with all the tangible aspects of selecting a Contractor, however, we are not able to assess the intangibles - word on the street, likeablity or lack thereof of a specific individual or company.
	Can I utilize ERS for a single function or must I purchase an entire package? You may utilize any single or combined components of our service as set forth in the pricing schedule. We may also provide special pricing for any task not set forth in the pricing schedule.
	Can I pick a specific manufacturer or system for my roof? Yes, we can base your design around specifics set forth by you. However, if we disagree with your selection we will advise you accordingly.
	Does the Roofer I choose know that ERS will be observing the installation of the roof system? Yes, we notify all Roofing Contractors that we have been retained to oversee the project and we inform them of the specifications and materials we are expecting them to utilize and the standard of workmanship we are anticipating.
	I have a Contractor and contract to complete my roof, may I utilize your services to oversee the work? Yes, send us the contract and with your help taking digital pictures we will oversee the progression of the work at service rates set forth in pricing section.
	What standards do you use? Our specifications and recommendations are usually based on the manufacturer of the systems published technical data. We also utilize standards set forth by the National Roofing Contractors Association. Often it is necessary to combine several standards to arrive at a practical resolution of technical issue.
	Do you accept any financial incentives from any material manufacturers to promote their materials? No, we are paid by our customers to provide unbiased recommendations.

	Does ERS utilize destructive testing as a part of its service? We may require a destructive test cut or core if other job conditions cause concern with specification compliance.
	Will ERS utilize moisture surveys performed by others in assessment of existing roof conditions? Yes, provided the survey is performed and reported by an accredited firm.
	Will an ERS representative ever visit my project? As a rule no. However, if a situation can only be resolved by a site visit we may at our option or the customers request dispatch a technician to your project. We will provide a quote for a site visit if required.
	How do I receive the specification/design documents? We e-mail these documents or if e-mail is not available, we will send overnight or first class mail.
