Is the Contractor an approved applicator for the system? Does he need to be an approved applicator for the specified system? Does the Contractor have the financial wherewithall to complete and fund your project? How long has the Contractor been in business? Has it been the same Owner? Are two of your three bidders components of the same corporate roll up making them all members of the same company?
We will assess your bidding Contractors and factor this assessment into a recommendation for final award of your project. We will provide our expertise and accumulated data to assist you in the final award. It is important to realize that we are unable to quantify the intangibles of a specific Contractor such as personality, likeability or lack thereof. Ultimately, the decision of what Contractor does your work is yours.
