We provide roofing technical support. One detail or an entire project design. We can assist you in acquiring the best value available in your primary roof system and secondary components. We can verify a Contractors applicator status to install a specific system and usually provide background on a Contractors overall experience. We can verify Contractor compliance with insurance coverage requirements. We will provide Project Supervision by reviewing digital photographs of your project taken by you and e-mailed to us, we will direct you on what to photograph and when, to verify compliance with the specification and generally accepted roofing practice. These digital photographs are stored by us for 6 years.
Our members area includes an always growing easy to understand database of sketches and related photographs that will allow you to observe a roof installation in progress and know exactly what you are observing. Members receive priority e-mail response to questions often within hours. Members have access to our material pricing database which reflects current market pricing of material. Members have access to our ever growing legal section which reports current litigation and settlements in the roofing industry.
